Bird and Pear

Bird and Pear is a working studio turning out a carefully edited collection of fashion accessories, home décor and accent furniture handmade in San Antonio, Texas. Latin America and Mexico and their strong traditions of producing beautifully hand-embroidered and hand-woven textiles are major influences in their line of South Texas-flavored livables. Decorative pillows, handbags and accessories fill their beautifully displayed store alongside gifts and floral pieces perfect for your trendy loft or quaint bungalow. With her years of experience in display and design, the owner will help you find just what you need to update your living space or your favorite outfit with your own colorful and carefully made objects. Chic'tique, based out of San Antonio, Texas caters to the modern cool millennial in their quest for style. With this person in mind, it houses timeless, chic clothing pieces and accessories handpicked from various marketplaces and contemporary labels. Chic'tique started with a unique concept combining a studio space with showroom that offered private individual styling sessions and trunk shows. It quickly became the go - to destination shop for the modern woman, which led to a pop up shop in La Villita Historic Arts Village. The shop then found its long-term home in the very popular Richter Goods complex at 2202 Broadway St. Visit the shop Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.


Designer and maker, Brandy Garcia creates unique handcrafted jewelry and accessories, specializing in silver and copper jewelry. In addition to metalwork, you'll find bold colors, textures, and vintage elements infused into B.Link's design. Located in historic La Villita, Building 14B, B.Link is open Monday - Saturday from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Huipil Market

Huipil Market is a socially conscious brand partnering with artisans from around the world to bring unique, handmade, Fair Trade goods straight from their hands to yours. Offering a variety of vibrant, one-of-a-kind accessories, you can find anything from intricately hand-embroidered handbags to handcrafted jewelry, to yoga mat covers, and even home décor, all which represents what they are most passionate about -- global culture, colorful art, sustainability, and artisan empowerment. Huipil Market is located inside Building 25 at La Villita Historic Arts Village and is open Monday - Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Red Cat & Co.

After a successful pop up shop called Indigo Makers Collective at Hemisfair, the co-owners re-branded to Red Cat & Co. which is now a mobile retailer inside a refurbished vintage school bus parked at 2202 Broadway St. in the Shops at Broadway News. The Shop caries beautifully made, small-batch products from local Texas artists and designers mixed with eccentric, equally fabulous finds from small businesses across the U.S. and Canada. Visit Red Cat & Co. Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.
